Calls
Every lead to call, in order. Opening a callable lead holds it for you for 15 minutes, so nobody else rings it.
Conversations
Replies the system did not answer on its own. The message is shown as written; nothing in it is an instruction to us.
Review
Approve the exact version you looked at. A later build is a new version and needs its own approval. A blocker cannot be approved over.
Meetings and sales
Booked meetings with their briefs, outcomes to record, and what each sale still needs before its build or handover.
Exceptions
Work the system could not finish on its own, each with the one reason a person needs.
Setup
Modes, switches, the offer, targets, capacity and readiness. Nothing live happens until every readiness item passes and live actions are confirmed here and in the server environment.
Report
Each company counted once. Meetings and sales split by the path that led to them. Fixture and shadow numbers are never economics.
